We were tasked with modernising and strengthening a client's QA Process. The graphic below depicts what and how we embedded QA into their Agile software delivery lifecycle.
Example Disaster Recovery Test Plan
We were engaged by a client to identify the Disaster Recovery Test Needs for a Digital Transformation and Cloud Migration Programme. This DR Test Plan is an extract example of that which we produced to support the testing of one DR Scenario.
Example NFT status report
This example NFT Status Report is one we produced for a client and delivered it on a weekly basis. It demonstrates for each category/type of Non-Functional Testing, the status and associated RAG, the overall NFT Plan on a Page and the associated Risks and Issues.
QA Improvement Roadmap
Below is an example of a QA Improvement Roadmap that we developed for a client. Following a review of their QA processes and identification of areas for improvement the Roadmap was developed to increase the delivery quality and shorten the time to market.
Scrum and Scrum Nexus formation
The example diagram below defines how for a client we established the Scrum Teams and Scrum Nexus to support the delivery of a large Digital Transformation Programme.

In developing the Programme Test Strategy for a global implementation of CRM Dynamics, we developed and implemented the In-SPRINT Test Engineering & Execution Approach below covering:
- TDD & Development Testing
- Continuous Integration
- BDD & Acceptance Testing and
- Functional Automation.
